The Iranian Biotechnology Society was set up in 1997 to Define strategies and get the prospects in the field of biotechnology.
The Iranian Biotechnology Society organizes national and international congresses, seminars, workshops and public forums in collaboration with other pro-science bodies of both governmental and non-governmental organizations to create public awareness about current issues in biotechnology.
